We welcome returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise, with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. For your convenience, a return label is included in your package, you can reuse the package, place the label on it, & leave in your mailbox for your usps carrier. Your name and email must be included in the package. We will refund you as a store credit, minus the cost of the return label, sent to you via email. If we receive your return outside of the 30 day return period, no credit will be issued & you will be responsible for the shipping cost of it being returned to you.
DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no credit will be issued. If you send a discounted/sale item back you are responsible for the shipping cost if you’d like it shipped back to you.
If you need a different size, please place a new order. We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. A code will be emailed to you upon acceptance of the return(please allow 1-3 days for processing of the return). Returns that are sent in but not eligible(sale items) are subject to the cost of returning the item to you.
Any items that smell like smoke, pet odor, has stains, animal hair will not be accepted as a return, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to send the item back to you.
Once we process your return (within 3 days of receiving it) we'll issue you a gift card(via email) for the original purchase amount.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is lost or returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to re-ship the item, or we will credit your account for the purchase amount minus shipping cost.
If you need to make immediate changes to your order, please email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP, and we will try to modify your order if possible, but due to our fast processing times there are no guarantees.
Please inspect all items as soon as they arrive. ALL damages/flaws need to be reported within 3 days of delivery. We'll happily get you taken care of if this happens.
